Waar: Our hangar is located at Teuge, but a lot can also (and unfortunately still has to) be done from home.
Begeleiding: For this assignment, you will be guided by Matthijs Collard. He has worked his entire career as a digital product designer and is the founder of Hike One and De Voorhoede.

We strive for a fantastic customer experience and a modern paperless operation. There is a lot involved in digitizing a flight school. Currently, we use modern tools to streamline our processes. However, we want to learn, experiment, and improve quickly. For example, we currently use Shopify, Hubspot, Airtable, Zapier, Buffer, Google Workspace, and WingsWe are looking for interns to assist with:
- To map our Customer Journey using TheyDo
- Better integration of existing tools and design for the next generation based on opportunities in the Customer Journey.
- Set up referral program
- Improved SEO/SEA on the websites
- Set up and connect Google Analytics
- Target audience/competition research
- Content creation on social media
- Design and prototyping of digital tools. (Think of the first aircraft charge point app ever 😁)
- Coming up with solutions to analyze and visualize our data (flights, charging sessions, etc).
