Small Business/Bedrijfskunde/Aviation Operations. Stagiair gezocht!

Wat: Internship, various assignments.
Wanneer: From May you are welcome. Duration to be agreed upon.
Waar: Our hangar is located at Teuge, but a lot can also (and unfortunately still has to) be done from home. 
Begeleiding: For this assignment, you will be guided by Evert-Jan Feld and Matthijs Collard. Evert-Jan has a lot of experience in aviation as a pilot, instructor, and head of training. Matthijs is an entrepreneur and the founder of Hike One, De Voorhoede, and Runtime ventures.
Vergoeding: Market conform

Since November, we have been working hard to put E-Flight Academy on the map. Starting a flight school takes time and energy. And then we also start flying with two completely new  Electrical appliances! We have more ideas and plans than we have time for. Will you help us with:
  • Optimizing operation further. Flight schedules, instructor planning, invoicing, maintenance planning, etc. 
  • Develop pricing and portfolio. Map, roll out, and evaluate future income streams.
  • Exploring collaborations, partnerships, and subsidy programs.
  • Develop financial models and create forecasts. 
  • Develop a plan for a climate-neutral hangar including charging infrastructure and solar roof.

About E-Flight Academy

E-Flight = Electric flying. Today! That means: new company, new technology, new concept. Yes, we are a start-up, but don't be mistaken. The founders are experienced and there is already a good foundation. Here you will learn a lot and there is a lot to do. Remote and if necessary, or if you want, at the airport in Teuge. Our team is currently expanding. In addition to the two founders, we are now training 5 instructors.
